Mary Tuten, Voyant COO, Leads Interactive Discussion Group at 2019 Customer Contact Week in Las Vegas

Voyant’s COO, Mary Tuten will lead the Customer Loyalty interactive group discussion to spark conversations on providing an excellent experience through customer-centric technology.

She has a background of over 25 years of success in senior operations leadership positions with start-up, mid-sized and Fortune 100 companies. Mary has consistently leveraged her industry knowledge to develop processes, KPIs and effective reporting structures. She has improved the customer experience and efficiency within each team in all of her senior management positions including the companies of Bandwidth.com, dash Carrier services and Hewlett Packard.
