Voyant’s July 2019 UCaaS Release Emphasizes Commitment to Heightened Usability
Boulder, CO – July 31, 2019 – Voyant, a communication and collaboration service provider to resellers and businesses, announced today the release of new features and functionality enhancements for the UCaaS customer administration and partner portals, which will promote a higher level of accessibility, ease of use and productivity for business customers and private label partners.

Voyant Customer Administration Portal Updates
The Voyant Customer Administration Portal allows customers to manage nearly every aspect of their PBX and has full support for Poly devices as well as the Voyant Connect desktop and mobile clients for calling, instant messaging, conferencing and file sharing. Our July release added beneficial features to support enterprise customers, including bulk user creation updates, which give business customers the ability to assign new extensions in bulk with applicable email updates to users. The enhanced ability to configure hunt groups and call centers lifts restrictions and allows increased flexibility to create, add and search users, as well as reassign, handle multiple users and manage numbers for call center queues.
Voyant Atlas Partner Portal
The Voyant Atlas customer lifecycle management portal for partners makes it easy for resellers to own and manage every aspect of their relationship with their end customers. Private label partners have the ability to deploy UCaaS better and faster with total control of their branding, ordering, provisioning, automated porting and customer management. Our July release entailed several enrichments to Atlas to better support resellers, including sales order entry updates to expedite service processing, carrier verification to ensure ease and accuracy with DID swaps, and important email delivery status visibility. In addition, our private label partners are now able to more efficiently manage their residential customers by editing user contact information directly in Atlas as well as control device swaps.
