On August 1, 2016, the parent company of ANPI was acquired by Onvoy, LLC. As part of the integration of ANPI within the Onvoy family of companies, we are transitioning customer care and technical support of your account to Voyant Communications LLC (Voyant). Voyant is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Onvoy and has supported voice and data customers for almost 20 years.

org-chartThe combined organizations’ assets provide a platform to deliver the quality business products our clients have come to expect.  ANPI’s industry leading Atlas portal will continue to provide world class customer lifecycle management, consolidating order management, service delivery, and customer care.  As a managed service provider, a full suite of fully managed network solutions will be available to ANPI customers, including Voyant’s next generation Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) services. 

All services will leverage the Onvoy national voice network, providing superior local voice coverage for over 9,000 rate centers and 90% of the U.S. population.

Billing Migration

As part of the integration of ANPI products and services, Voyant will be providing billing for ANPI products and services.  The billing change will be effective in February and will result in changes as follows:

Bill Cycle Change:  All invoices will be based on billing occurring the first of the month.  You will see prorated/partial month billing on the first Voyant generated invoice because of the bill cycle change.

Remittance Address Change:  Please note, the payment remittance address has changed as follows.

Auto Pay:  For security reasons, we cannot transfer current auto payment information to the unified billing system.  If you are currently paying ANPI invoices with auto pay via credit card or ACH, you must re-authorize payment. 

Please contact our Billing Department at 1-866-629-8200 to provide billing details if you would like to continue auto pay services.  In order to ease the transition, Voyant has suspended any finance charges that may occur for the next 30 days due to the billing transition.

Electronic CDR file access – Voyant will migrate 24 months of previous CDR to a new storage solution.  For security reasons, we will require customers to migrate to new credentials in the next 90 days.  We will contact customers with new credentials. 

E-Bill – A new self-administration billing portal is now available.  Portal features include electronic invoice access and ability to pay invoices electronically.  Please contact our Bill Department at 1-866-629-8200 to setup credentials.
